Purchase conditions

Please read this document carefully because it contains the terms and conditions of sale which requires compliance when using the online store "Hispania Qualitas".

These Terms will govern the contractual relationship between you and Olivos El Caño SL, a company with registered office at Pedro Ruiz Street, 13, 14540 La Rambla (Córdoba), registered in the Commercial Register in Córdoba with CIF B14982259. The completion of the purchase by the customer means full acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.

 

1/ HOW TO ORDER

 

1. Firstly select the category (home, garden, lighting, etc.), decoration, model and size. Select an item and adds the item to cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or Checkout Store from "My cart".

 

2. To proceed to process your order you must be a registered user, you can do it in "Registered User." In this section you will be asked for personal information such as name, email, billing address and shipping address. If you have a company you will have to enter the name of the company and information identifying the company in addition to filling the tax address in "billing Address".

 

By entering your information and accepting is automatically sent to the email address provided a key generated along with your user name (that matches with your email) these will be the login details to your account at Hispania Qualitas. We advise that you keep this email with your access data, however if you forget your password you can regenerate at any time by entering the email you used to register in the "Registered users" and selecting "Regenerate password". Automatically you will receive an email with your new password.

 

2/ CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

 

Hispania Qualitas will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, which is not an automatic acceptance by us of your order.

 

Hispania Qualitas will send you a second e-mail accepting your order and confirming that the products you have requested will be sent ("Shipment Confirmation").

 

Hispania Qualitas, reserve the right not to confirm an order for some specific reason, such as product or raw materials sourcing, problems with the shipment, etc. Anyway Hispania Qualitas will duly inform the customer.

 

3/ THE PRODUCT

 

The photographs, descriptions, size or color related to the Products, are designed to provide as much information as possible to the customer. However, due to the handmade nature of the products there might be a slight difference in the finish from the image displayed on the website.

 

In the event that, for reasons of force majeure or for any incident attributable to Hispania Qualitas, the Product is not available after the purchase have been made, Hispania Qualitas will inform the customer by email of the total cancellation or, where appropriate, partial order.

 

4/ SHIPPING

 

Shipping costs to the peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be € 7.90 per order. However, in special cases with orders for heavy items such as large pots, planters, fountains, balustrades, etc. shipping costs will be calculated according to the delivery destination and weight of the package.

 

We currently only ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). We are working to expand our service to the European community.

 

5/ TERM AND PLACE OF DELIVERY

 

The delivery time will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the order. However, as this is a handmade product, in customized or huge amounts orders the delivery time could be delayed. In every case Hispania Qualitas will inform the customer

 

Will not be considered delayed delivery, when the order has been made ​​available to the customer at his home within the stipulated time, and was unable to be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer.

 

Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or areas in which we can clearly identify the recipient of the order and direction.

 

6/ PAYMENT

 

Payment will be made with credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) through the La Caixa virtual POS. The client works with a secure page, hosted on a server Servired in which the necessary data are requested to make the payment, card number, expiration date and security code or CVV2.

 

 

7/ PRICE

 

All prices shown are spanish tax included. Any other tax, fee, duty, excise, etc., will be charged to the customer.

8/ BROKEN ITEMS

 

The customer must check the package integrity and proceed to unpack with the carrier, to make sure goods are in good condition. In the event that there is any blow or break the customer must request the carrier to make a record of this anomaly in the delivery note.

 

The customer must notify to Hispania Qualitas within 48 hours, any incident that can happen in the delivery.

 

 

9/ RETURNS

 

All products can be returned and refunded to the customer in the following cases:

 

1. For breakage due to shipping, in which case you have to put on record the carrier in the Delivery Notes and notified to Hispania Qualitas within 48 hours of receipt your order. In this case, Hispania Qualitas, will replace the order to the customer and bear all related costs.

 

2. For failed product or errors in it. In this case the customer must notify to Hispania Qualitas within 7 calendar days of receipt.

 

In both cases, the customer, if possible, will used to return the same box as received, to pack the goods safely. The customer must enter in the box the order and delivery note copy.

 

Hispania Qualitas sent to the carrier for pickup, not having the customer pay any amount for that service. Once we receive the goods at the premises of Hispania Qualitas and verified its condition, we will proceed immediately to their replacement on the terms agreed.

 

 

10/ LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation. To resolve any controversy or dispute arising from the interpretation of these conditions, both sides submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Montilla (Córdoba) Spain.
